my pet peeves are the tweeters who do nothing but retweet and pat a few others on the back all the time (reciprocally, it seems) for retweeting their tweets.
Also, links that don't work, even once, even after I point it out.

I also unfollow people who post nothing but quotes, but that's just a personal preference, I could see it working if it was done well.

I LOVE this post!!! Nodding my head through all of them- except was wondering how come I never get any borderline porno comments. Darn. I would add that I hate when people are twitter suck-ups - it basically falls under your RT category- but like people who are kissing people's asses (other than my own, natch) all day give me an ice cream headache. People who are followed by more than 5000 and only follow 50 annoy me too- really? You're that popular? I doubt it.
Anyhoo just stopping by to say hi- LOVE YOUR BLOG!

One of my twitter friends has started doing this lately, this morning alone at least 30 RT's of things that I just don't care about in the least from people I don't follow and have no desire to. These are not funny, interesting, educational, nothing - just RT for attention I think? Anyway if it keeps up I will unfollow because it's annoying.

I do RT things I find interesting, links to websites that are cool, and only on occasion - 30 times before noon seems to be a lot of nonesense.

I'm not fond of those who call themselves mavens, gurus, experts either. I tolerate until they start to bloviate
