No crafts except for some dyeing of eggs we did last night. I have knitted once this past week, I think? Maybe longer than that. My schedule went from 7 days to week to “if I am up I am working”. I should be at office right now but I am trying to wait for the kids to wake up and find the eggs daddy hid for them last night. I enjoy that part, takes me back to my childhood. And of course this is the morning where they don’t wake up at the crack of dawn. So yea, no crafts BUT I thought I would share the pics I took yesterday. We took the kids out to the community center by my inlaws home. Very small town and they have a really great egg hunt. They do a carnival type thing where there is crafts and games. They also provide snacks (free of charge!) and do a cakewalk. Ok they didn’t win cakes but they did win hershey chocolate bars.
So anyway we got there early and the kids played on the playground
They did the egg hunt. Girls did well, Alex only got about 5 eggs total.
After that they ate and played around a bit.
After that we went home and momma took a long nap. Then we did some egg dyeing.
I may take some more pics today, not sure what we will end up doing. Think we might see inlaws later on after they get home from church. Hope you all have a splendid day. If you celebrate, Happy Easter!

I can tell when I haven’t done anything arty for a while when I start to get grumpy and antsy. It’s tough when you’ve got a heavy work schedule. Looks like a fantastic day, hope the egg hunt was a success!

LOL yea I get very grumpy! I only have 11 days left of the heavy schedule so I will get to be crafty very soon.
