Between getting my schedule back on track and relaxing I have picked the needles back up. On Ravelry I joined a group called Wheel Of The Year Knitalong. Basically we do projects for each Sabbat and Esbat. I settled on a scarf for Beltane that has some cabling, I haven’t done cable stitches before but I don’t think this is “real” cabling since I use a DPN and not a cable needle. Anyway I am almost done, I hope to have it finished by Thursday.
The lace celtic shawl I had started ended badly. I began to think that maybe lace wasn’t my thing but I wanted to try once more so I started an Oriental Stole. The picture isn’t that great but here is an idea of how it’s going.
Once it’s done and blocked it will look tons different. I still have a long way to go also. Once I get the Beltane Scarf done I am going to work on another Triple Goddess Shawl and then maybe design the Ankh Shawl. Hopefully soon I can buy the pendants I need for making the Prayer Beads also. What have you been creating???
