Good for you for taking steps to take care of yourself! We women tend to pile more crud on ourselves than actually really is piled on us by others. I do it all the time. We make things "our problem" when it really doesn't need to be. Then others get so used to us doing that and they actually do start piling more on us. It sucks at our spirit until we can't take anymore. Good luck to you, dear!

Love it.
One of the steps in the 12 steps is step 10-- "Continued to take personal inventory, and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it". Which is kind of what you are doing.
I ask for blessings in the morning, and say thanks in the evening, which is also when I go over my day and see where I could have done better.
Keep going, mama! :)
