What a whirlwind week y’all! At last minute we got decorations up and ready for Halloween. The kids & I had a good time with it and we are already plotting for next year. My boss also went out of town and so work became a whirlwind of phone calls and stuff that had to be done. I can’t get over how many hours I have gotten this week (well above normal!).

I did some lovely Sugar Skull makeup for my “costume”. The eldest had a friend come over and they gave out candy with the hubs overseeing their safety. Middle child went off with her friends and trick or treated in another neighborhood. I took the boy out around our neighborhood and he really enjoyed himself. He even started hiding and surprising all the people at the homes he visited.

Our decor got rave reviews this year. Lots of compliments but also lots of pictures were taken. I haven’t found anything in my google search but I hope to so I can find a way to thank people for the love.  This weekend we will begin taking things down and putting it into storage. I will be foraging Rose’s, Kmart, and Goodwill also to see if I can find some good deals on decor for next year (or supplies to make something epic).
