Incense represents Air. As it is burned the smoke rises upwards towards the heavens. You can think of it as carrying your spell (wish, or prayer) to the God & Goddess above. Here is a list of varying scents and what you can use them for to help further your spell work.

Jasmine: luck, especially relating to love
Musk: courage and vitality, to heighten sensual passion
Myrrh: protection, healing, purification, spirituality
